Additional images have surfaced indicating that a conspiracy may have been instrumental in the success of this brazen act. All individuals have not yet been positively identified. Some individuals of interest are shown below.
The two perpetrators. The one on the right attempts to shield his face from the photographer.

These three girls, numbers 4, 6 and 21, appear to have been in a perfect position to warn Coach of the pending attack. Were they accomplices?
This individual, we'll call him number 27, is either trying to jump in the way of the attackers, or jumping with gleeful joy. We may never know.
This girl appears to be enjoying the attack. Can you identify her?
Again another athlete jumping at random or for pure joy in another's suffering.
The attacker making sure every drop is used. Conservation?
